Long before I knew what coaching was, I was doing it. As a young person, people came to me when they were stuck — at a crossroads, doubting themselves, unable to see what was plainly visible to everyone around them. I didn’t have a framework for it then. I just knew that my greatest joy came from helping someone move from stuck to certain. From doubt to direction. From knowing they were capable of more, to actually living it.
That instinct has been the throughline of my entire career. Over several years working in HR across multiple countries — Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada — at organisations like Procter & Gamble, Shell, and now SaskTel, where I serve as HR Director, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside thousands of professionals navigating growth, transition, and change. The settings changed. The work became more complex. But the core of what drives me never did.

I hold a Fellow Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development designation (FCIPD) and am a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR). I’ve spent my career in complex, regulated, and unionized environments, which means I understand both the structural and the deeply human dimensions of work — and how they shape the people navigating them.
